The one that blocks the most
What are we called?
Keep two brands, go under one Zuyd name, or build an own name with the Confucius Institute behind it. The routes are worked out and the student answers are in. It now goes to the board.
Stuck behind it: the new logo, the website going live, the Google listing for Rotterdam, and all keyword and AI visibility work.

Can we give a discount for bringing a friend?
Students already recommend the course to each other. A referral code makes that visible instead of invisible. It is a pricing question, not a marketing one, which is why it sits with the director.
Stuck behind it: the referral rollout. Nothing goes out to students until the answer is there.

Which two products join Inside China?
Three products will carry the institute's promotion, each with a teacher as its face. Inside China is the first and Bo is positive about it. The Pronunciation Masterclass was going to be one, until the teacher left.
Stuck behind it: what the videos from November are actually about.

Do we hire the agency for search and campaigns?
An outside agency has offered an audit, supervision of the website launch, and two campaigns a year. The one-off part is time critical. The monthly part runs for twelve months, which is past December.
Stuck behind it: whether the website launch gets an outside check, and who owns search next year.

How do we reach the alumni?
There are two HubSpot accounts and the alumni segment in one of them holds 175 contacts, far fewer than the real list. Either we clean it up, or we send straight from info@ to the students of the last two semesters.
Stuck behind it: the alumni mailing, which Cathérine can send the same day she gets an answer.
